Generational Divide: Boomer vs. Millennial vs. Gen Z 👀 😲

You'd have to be living under a rock to not notice that younger workers have drastically different values than older generations.

Different strokes for different folks I guess.

◽️ Brought a focus to diversity and inclusion and mental health

WLB and flexibility aren’t nice to haves anymore, they’re must haves. The accounting profession didn't get the memo and is now playing catch up.

Better late than never, but Accounting needs to make up for lost time.
